Our “core business” is the design and construction of custom-designed machines and production lines for parquet processing.
At INWOOD we are convinced that it is essential to design machines that can satisfy every customer’s production need.
Troncatrice Antares TR 250
Macchina specifica in esecuzione speciale per la profilatura e il taglio di lamelle componenti le mattonelle in legno, anche denominate “quadrotto mosaico”.
La macchina può eseguire lavorazioni a spigolo vivo e con bisellatura.
Antares TR 250 si presta per lavorazioni flessibili con lunghezze diverse e di piccole quantità.
Angoli di taglio da 30° fino a 150°, con capacità di esecuzione di forme geometriche complesse, anche su spessori fino a 20mm.
Può recuperare pezzi difettosi anche verniciati, con possibilità di trasformarli in nuovi prodotti come ad esempio rombi, esagoni, mosaici, ecc…
La macchina può essere divisa in due unità: profilatrice e troncatrice.

THE MACHINE
Our latest project regards the parquet “CHEVRON” tenoning model.
Composed of 2 steel bases connected to each other and 2 uprights with electronic positioning according to the length of the pieces to be machined.
At the machine input there are adjustable reference guides and a vertical hopper, both manually adjustable, while at the exit, an unloading unit with automatic belts.
THE PROCESSINGS
The tenoning machine can be used either as a single machine or in a line, performing the following processes:
– Tongue-and-groove interlocking profiles.
– Cuts at 45° or 90°.
– Micro bevelling.
It is a compact machine, precise and able to produce up to 24 pcs with a feed of 28 mt / min.
Profiling and Squaring Machines
These are machines composed of a double base in treated steel and 2 modular uprights resting on linear guides allowing movement by means of an inverter, controlled by numerical controls.
The lower feed tracks are composed of 96 precision links in ground treated steel, connected to each other by intermediate joining elements of watertight sealed cylindrical roller bearings greased for life.
On the lower part of each track a precision wheel is mounted that slides between two ground tempered guides used to guide the track and give a perfect linearity and squaring to the parquet.
The cleaning and lubrication system operates through compressed air blowing devices placed inside in the vicinity of the sliding track parts.
The width of the track is 40 mm.
The feed unit is executed by an inverter-controlled gear motor for the continuous adjustment of the working speed which can be set from a touch screen.
The track tow shaft Ø 80 mm is sized abundantly and equipped with ground double feather keys.
The working speed reaches up to 60 mt /minute.
